Folsom Fun

About 3 weeks ago we took a trip to Northern California to visit our good family friends, the Marrs. We had a wonderful time hanging out with them. The kids had a blast running around their house and causing complete chaos. We also got hang out with some of Matts family that live there. Matt has some really awesome cousins who also live in the Folsom area, that had us all over for dinner one night.
I'm pleased to say that my kids did excellent on the drive to Folsom and the drive home. It took about 7 1/2 hours and there was no major breakdowns. Not even any minor ones. A few months back we had gotten a really great deal on those DVD players you put on the back of your headrests. BEST purchase ever made. When they started to get a little restless, I would turn on a movie or sing-a-long and boom everything was good. I would totally recommend them to anyone that has to drive long distances with the kids.
I miss Jenny, Kody and the kids a lot but after going to see them, I realize that they are in a good spot. Their community is great, their church is great, they have lots of family and suport around them, they have a lovely house, and they seem to be happy. So I will no longer be sad that they left me. Now I'm excited to have another great place to go and visit great friends.
Here are some pictures of our fun weekend with the Marrs and Sandersons.
Aren't they precious!?!

This is pretty much Jack and Laneys relationship. Jack is always going in for the kill and Delaneys always pushing him away. She's going to be a heart-breaker.

Folsom is SO beautiful Everything about it is gorgeous. This particular day it was raining and then all of a sudden the sun came out and it was so bright and 2 FULL rainbows hit the sky. It was amazing to see. This picture doesn't do it justice.
